When will my order ship? Most orders are processed and ready for deployment within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship heavy equipment? Yes! We ship nationwide within the United States. For oversized items like power racks or heavy plates, our logistics partners will coordinate with you to ensure a smooth delivery to your doorstep.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
What is your return policy? We want you to be 100% satisfied with your gear. We accept returns of unused, unassembled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
What if my equipment arrives damaged? We take quality control seriously, but we know the road can be rough. If an item arrives defective or damaged, please email us at info grandgrit.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours, and we will send a replacement or part immediately at no cost to you.
